“TMS - Truly Marvelous Service”
TMS were great - they were the first to contact me and talked me through the process. They made everything clear and Scott was quick to respond to any query of mine from start to finish. The removal drivers were friedly and efficient. I am an anxious person and this could have been a major anxiety operation - but with TMS it was all smooth, organised and calm. How did you start your business?
Total Moving Solutions Ltd was formed by myself, James Mallett. Having spent most of my working career within the removal industry and seeing a variety of ways in which businesses worked, I decided to start up my own company to try and develop a stronger. more personable service for clients.
What makes your services standout?
Myself and the team pride ourselves on the service we are able to provide our customers. With the partnerships we have within the removal industry, we have the flexibility to tailor our removal services to meet all of our clients specific needs and budgets. Our hard work is reflected in our vast amount of reviews on the various removal review websites which include Google, Trust Pilot and Removal Reviews, to name a few.
What is your top advice for your customers?
We always strongly encourage customers to ensure that when comparing quotes that they have requested the same level of service and volume of goods, to make comparing a much easier process for them. Secondly, customers should always do their research on any companies that they may be looking to select to undertake their removal, to ensure there are no surprises along the way.
